The Seven-Day Pilot
Seven days on your hardest data, side by side with what you use today.
Anyone can make claims about evidence AI. The pilot is how we avoid asking you to take ours on faith. The engine runs against your current tools on material you choose, and the results do the talking. If Verdictums doesn't come out ahead on your data, you walk away owing nothing.
The seven days, in order
Day 01
Intake under custody
You pick the material. Usually that means whatever your current tools handle worst: degraded productions, handwritten exhibits, hours of bodycam footage. We hash every file before anything else happens and open a chain of custody for each one.
Days 02–06
Side-by-side benchmark
Verdictums runs alongside the cloud document-AI services you already rely on, on identical inputs. We score every output on accuracy, structure fidelity, citation completeness, and reproducibility. The input set is yours, so there is nothing for us to cherry-pick.
Day 07
The verdict
You receive a side-by-side report: cited findings from each system, an error analysis focused on the material you care about, reproducibility proofs for the Verdictums runs, and a concrete integration path if you decide to go further.
What the pilot includes
- ■Full chain-of-custody handling of pilot material
- ■Benchmark against your incumbent services on identical inputs
- ■Scored comparison across accuracy, structure, and citations
- ■Reproducibility demonstration with pinned model versions
- ■Redaction capability review on your media, where applicable
- ■Data destroyed or returned on day seven, per the pilot agreement
What we ask of you
Not much. A representative sample of the evidence your platform struggles with, someone on your side who can judge the output, and a decision at the end. There is no integration work involved in running the pilot. The benchmark runs on our side and the report lands on your desk.
The pilot is set up to be tough on us on purpose. You choose the material, the incumbents run on the same inputs, and we agree the scoring criteria with you before processing starts.
