Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of verdictums.com (the 'Site'), operated by Verdictums ('we', 'us'). Access to the Verdictums engine itself is governed by separate written licensing and pilot agreements between Verdictums and its platform partners. These Terms cover the Site only.

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

02The Service

Verdictums is a white-label AI engine for processing legal evidence, licensed to platforms through an API. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide the Service to end users or consumers. Pilot programs, benchmarks, licensing scope, service levels, and fees (including any commitment that a pilot is free of charge) are defined only in written agreements signed by Verdictums.

03No legal advice

Content on the Site, and outputs of the Verdictums engine, are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Findings produced by the engine are inputs to human legal judgment; responsibility for use of any output in a legal proceeding rests with the licensed partner and their counsel.

04Intellectual property

The Site, the Verdictums name and marks, the engine, its models, schemas, and documentation are the property of Verdictums or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted in a written agreement, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, probing or scanning systems, submitting unlawful content, interfering with operation, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

06Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Descriptions of the engine's capabilities on the Site reflect its design goals and are validated for each partner during the pilot program against that partner's own data. Results vary with input quality and workload. References to third-party services are for comparison only; those names belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdictums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Liability arising from use of the engine is governed exclusively by the applicable partner agreement.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

09Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed to contact@verdictums.com or to Verdictums, Singapore.
